well-equipped room good location awesome breakfast inconvenient parking compact room limited storage
the room was well-equipped (i especially liked the small details). the location is really good. the breakfast was fantastic.
The public city car park required a 7-minute walk to the hotel. It was inconvenient. the room felt compact. there was not much storage space for clothes.

great location walkable distance
the staff welcomed us always! john provided great pintxos and restaurant recommendations and i REALLY enjoyed our chats. the location felt safe. it was walkable to everywhere we wanted to see and do!
the elevators to the rooms were a little bit dirty.

The hotel's location was very central. It made exploring the city EASY. The breakfast offered a good variety. I particularly appreciated the pintxos.
My single room was rather small. It also felt somewhat dark. The street outside was noisy at times.. sleep was sometimes difficult. The elevator showed some signs of wear.

noisy street ineffective shutters
Breakfast was good.
My room faced a noisy street, and sleep was difficult. Street cleaners emptied bottles under my window very late at night. The shutters did little to block the light.

a tender sanctuary in the heart
swift assistance early morning excellent breakfast
the front desk staff offered warm smiles and swift assistance with my every query. i especially loved they arranged a taxi early one morning when i needed to catch a train. the excellent breakfast included staff that remembered my coffee order each day, this.
i did noticed the elevator, the carpet had a slight damp smell, this was only a small thing though.

the breakfast included many selections, i saw fresh fruit and pastries were available. the dining area was bright and airy with windows that streamed with light. the staff were attentive, they offered refills of coffee.

the hotel staff were kind, they were willing to help with any request. they provided clear directions to local attractions, i was able to explore with ease. early morning taxi arrangements were swift and efficient, this was a true help.

my standard double room featured fresh linens and ample lighting. the room had soundproof windows, blocking out the outside noise. the bathroom provided ample towels, they were soft to the touch, i appreciated this.

the hotel has soundproof windows, this ensured a restful sleep each night. a rooftop deck offered views, i saw beauty spread out before me. the hotel's location provided easy access to attractions, i could explore with joy.
